Sweetwater Texas Desert Race October 10th

Of course, we will be attending and racing our bombshell racing class 5 unlimited. Last week we dialed in the dual carbs. After a fire suppression system and tube work, we will be ready.

Sweetwater is close to San Angelo. for those of you that have wanted to go to a high speed desert race, it doesn't get much closer to Austin than this. As of now, at least 20 people are entered with 4-5 Trophy trucks committed. 4 or 5 Jeepspeeds. Not sure how many buggies.

The property is pretty damn big, I've seen the topographic map. They have carved a 30 mile loop on this game ranch with tons of table tops, sweepers, tight turns. We'll be riding the rim of a fairly tall mesa in one part of the course with quite a huge drop off on one side of it. Should be good times. I will post more info as it comes.

pre-runnning on friday from 10AM till mid afternoon. Then they will open the rest of the game ranch and you can cruise the whole property and see all the weird exotic animals they have thee. BBQ dinner. Racing all Saturday for 200 miles.
